5 - 9 days delivery, international signed-for


All goods will be despatched within 2 full working days Monday to Friday. Please allow a little longer for very busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving etc. Deliveries outside the UK can take up to 6 working days Monday to Friday and maybe slightly longer during peak times.

All goods are shipped from the UK and will require a signature upon delivery.


As we are a small company our goods are not subject to VAT at this time. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, any customs, import duties, quotas, or product restrictions are strictly the responsibility of the customer.


At Julli, we believe that good customer relations are important. So for your peace of mind Julli offers a 21 day money back refund from the date you receive the goods. Any notice after this time will not be valid.  Please be aware that these general refunds are for the cost of goods only.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Once returned to us, goods will be assessed and where appropriate we will either send you a replacement (where the item is in stock), or refund you the product cost and the original delivery charges.

How to Return an Item

In the first instance, contact us to inform us of you intended return of the goods and why.  Our telephone number in the UK is 01725 552009 and from elsewhere 00 44 1725 552009.

Return any goods by Recorded Mail (with a requirement for signature upon receipt). The goods for return must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, with their original documentation (so that we can trace the correct details ) and your reason for return.

After your notification and once the returned items are received by us within the correct specifications above we will contact you to effect a return of funds.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility in this instance for goods lost in transit.

Stock Availability

All products advertised are subject to availability as our products are Limited Editions. We will inform you as soon as possible if there is any problem with the availability of your ordered goods

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by telephone on 01725 552009 (International calls 00 44 1725 52009) as soon as possible after placing the order.

Privacy & Security Policy

At Julli, we take your right to privacy very seriously and except for reasons of despatch of  your ordered goods, we will not disclose any personal information to anyone else unless you give us express permission to do so.

All debit/credit card and Paypal transactions are carried out over a secure server with Paypal (you can see their privacy statement at www.paypal.com). We do not have any access whatsoever to you card details on our system.
